Condy Rice is a rare public figure...highly intelligent, confident but not arrogant, not a politician whose ambition outweighs her abilities. She has shown me the ability to think for herself free from the mindless parroting of partisan talking points. I disagree with many of her positions but the same can be said of Obama, Clinton and the Republican hoard.
