departments that have cameras on police, as well as dashcams, have shown significantly lower claims of police wrongdoing. it can show that something was done wrong, but can also show someone yelling 'brutality' is full of it.

I know its police training to go for the kill shot if they fear for their life, but wonder why the dont shoot out the legs first to incapacitate them first ?
