Breeders Cup Friday: Hubby and I could have stayed home and wagered online, but decided to make a weekend of it. Decided to drive to casino 4 hours away. Got there in time for races 6-10.
$150 lost by race 8. Decided to pack it in and go sit like a zombie at the slots. But... not before a $2 superfecta wager on R9 - 10/7/3/9
Well...
$50 at "Double Sevens" machine - $0 return after 15 minutes (!!!)
$2 on Distaff - $1,215.40
And people play slots why?
(Now granted... I spent over 10 hours listening to Byk and handicapping BC races this past week. After feeling like a complete loser 3 races in, I may have needed a mindless diversion like the slots). NOT!!
