I don't know, but this was interesting to me...
None of the derby contenders listed have Princequillo as their sire line. http://www.chef-de-race.com/dosage/c...s_expanded.htm |
yes cajun, that list is a graphic example of the lack of diversity in the sire lines. one of only two Ribots in the bunch is the #1 contender, NBLSB. and a Princequillo line sire is almost unheard of today.

i dunno...he is a stamina factor...

Princequillo does put a lot of stamina in a horse. Unfortunately, they take longer to mature and in today's market early maturing speed sells. For a good history of Princequillo check out this llink.

a marvelous read of Princequillo...and Barcaldine had a cannon that measured 8 3/4...now that's bone.

My next competition horse is going to be a Cleveland Bay or Cleveland Bay cross. Clevelands have that much bone. |

I'm really liking the pedigree of Two Davids. He's 27 and I hope he stays healthy a few more years.

I see that Artie Schiller is shuttling to Australia. Just what the world needs, more Northern Dancer/Raise A Native crosses.
