Capital OTB snow day!
 

Capital OTB will be closing branches at 5:30, Teletheater in Albany and phone a bet will be open 'til the end of Santa Anita. Several branches are closed due to employees not being able to get to work. OTBTV will have updates through the day.


Since we have a lot of Alb/Saratoga DTer's, I thought I'd post this as a customer service.
Be safe, Hoff, have 911 on your pre-sets before you begin shovelling again.
