God should have made puberty at 18,and maybe it would fit certain society's rules a lot better.Exactly what other species in nature waits for like 5 years(after the ability to breed)before they breed? The best part of that show(or one like it)was when they showed that Doctor a video of himself telling a guy(in Cambodia) how to avoid getting caught.Doc said he was probably drunk,and didn't know what he was saying.
