having issues? error logins, database issues, etc?

here I am trying to slam dunk some Meadowlands exactas and they are having issues

what does this mean?

no idea about any of it...but the error message sounds like they are saying the problem is not with them but with whatever system they use to actually place the bet...
but don't take my word for it...I can barely make my own computer function:o

running a "little smoother" now

just jonesing for a couple of these harness races - lonely night here and want some action trying to build a bigger bankroll to attack tomorrow

so far my plan is working
