Bring on the Witches

Yet another outrage! Note the sponsor of the Detainee Treatment Act of 2005, a very dangerous person. Perhaps he spent too much time in isolation in a North Vietnamese pow prison, but didn't forget the real purpose of his missions, dropping bombs, and "defending freedom". Right!
Bring on the witches....

Somer my friend, not you.
Read the article. It's about a witch hunt.
Seems we've been there before, and alas, continue to be.

I know, I did read it....it just sends a chill up my back when witch trials are mentioned...especially during the Presidency of a man who has spoken out against the religious rights of Wiccan soldiers...burning at the stake (no, they didn't do that in Salem) is not my idea of haha's! To quote Buffy..."fire bad, tree pretty!"

Of course, when I read the title of this thread, I thought it was about Pagans getting into politics... boy was I disappointed.

That's what we need...a Pagan black woman running for President...there are folks who's brains would melt simply thinking about which to scream about first!

Wouldn't that be great!
I think that if Jerry Falwell dressed in drag and wore black-face with Johnny McCain as his running mate (love interest), that ticket would be unbeatable.
UNBEATABLE!!!!!
Comeon Jerry and Johnny!!! Make us all proud. Votes await!
Perhaps the guy in rehab (Foley) could come out to be the campaign manager, as long as Hasstert agrees. Sec of State is offered Denny.
Pom poms for Condi. Rah! Rah!

It would never work, but my goodness that would be a heck of a lot of fun to watch people react. Some would likely just implode out of sheer shock!

Although paganism isn't the most diverse of faiths yet, so we might be waiting a while for that one! (We'll get there...)
