Russ Harris - the "Dean" of handicappers

Today marks 30 years that Russ Harris has been doing thoroughbred handicapping for the N.Y.Daily News
Most likely one of the most longest tenures of any public handicapper for one newspaper. Met him 20 years ago at Saratoga, now he does all of his work at his home. Still one of the highest % selectors at all the NYRA meets
