Rondo??
 

I figure i would ask this here because everyone on this site seems to be very knowledgeable about horses. I was wondering if anyone knew what happen to Rondo (he is now 4 years old). He is out of Grand Slam and Dama, i also think I remember hearing that he was owned by the Darely Stable. He ran up at Saratoga (I believe) and won but his jockey struck another horse with the whip in an MSW and he won his next MSW at 3/5 or something of those odds. Any help would be greatly appricaiated.

He was injured in September...

Can't remember the details, only that it didn't seem major at the time and that he was done for the year.

He's got nothing left to prove.

He's Darley, not Godolphin and as such is US based.

Thought he was Godolphin...

He raced last year for Godolphin anyway....perhaps he's been transferred or downgraded to Darley.

He is entered to run April 18th at Gulfstream. Race 6 (6.5 fur Allowance $48,000) Joe Bravo is supposed to be on him
