After two races, rail speed prevails, both at a sprint and a route...........

stupidity on my part not having the one in the second!

My friend The Bid has one in the 5th I really like, the 1. Singled her in the P3. Didn't care for the slop last out at CD but worked :59 4/5 two weeks ago so clearly it wasn't physical. Previous was a dynamite MSW win against weaker and I expect a return to that performance (had worked a bullet into that race as well.)

Hopefully he's on tonight to shed some insight.

I stepped on myself and found that one, but was fortunate that they let her coast on a fairly soft pace.
Have a p3 finishing with the 1,3,6,8,10 in various denominations. I really have no insight whatsoever into this 4th race, so bombs away!

BANG! nice hit. Good call on the 9 sneaking in there at 35-1. What did you have the super for? it paid $1,993.90 for a buck.
I hit the P3 2x :)

The 1 in the next is sitting at 11-1. That's an absurd price.

philcski 01-03-2007 06:14 PM

Some other looks:
R6: New Awakening will probably go off at a short price off the last race but he got a perfect trip behind a very fast early pace. I'm standing against and using the 5, who has shown legitimate closing ability in sprints with the 1,2,3 underneath. Interesting note on the scratched #8 who would have been favored: the day I hit the p6 at Aqueduct I had to sweat out a photo against that guy for like 10 minutes, and I knew I had it locked up if I got by that race. I love racing.

R8: #7 American Man ran on a hefty pace last time out but figures to get a softer one here, and could wire this group if he gets clear at a nice price.

Had the super for 50cents, the tri for a buck. I loved the nine at those odds and singled him first and second.

Races 6 - 8

Pick 3
1,6 w/ 1,4,7,8 w/ 2,3,5,8
$32

Race 7
$1 Exacta Box
1,4,7,8
$12

Race 8
$2 Exacta Box
2,3,5,8
$24

So Hot in the 7th looks like a solid win Place bet depending on odds

Good luck to me and everyone else!

MinnSkinny 01-03-2007 06:18 PM

Thanks :o Did you see the odds flash from 12-1 when they opened the gate to 7-1 midway around the turn? The Bid probably dropped a big bet in there :D

Grazie, grazie. Just doin' my best :o

(I know it's a mortal sin to redboard but I've had 5 straight on-top winners at TP. I don't think I've EVER done that before.)

MinnSkinny 01-03-2007 06:50 PM

Nobody has, brother. Nobody ('cept maybe Hooves....)

... and they've only run four races!

just kidding.

peeked in on this thread. you folks are bangin 'em good. keep the good stuff going...... gl the rest of the card!

MinnSkinny 01-03-2007 06:57 PM

Phil,
No sin to redboard here, we've already established that. This group is getting too tight and too good to bust your balls when you share a win. Serious 'cappin is goin' on, nobody will doubt you. This is what Hooves was talkin' about, this board has a real good feel right now. And we need to keep it all about winning. Like you're doing tonight.
