#1 - PEPPERBERRY 3-1ML - Cibelli/Lezcano a threat right back on the class hike. 5YO owns 2 wins from 3 trips over Tampa sand. 3rd @ 7-5

#6 - PRINCEOFTHESTAGE 12-1ML - turf to dirt, route to sprint, 2nd off layoff and back with conditioned claimers. Would love to see him around his ML odds, but don't think we will be that lucky. 2nd @ 9-1

#7 - BLOND ACTOR 7-2ML - Lightly raced 4YO ITM last 4 starts..winner...9-5...BFD

Race 7 - 1 1/16 TURF ALWN1X

#1 - ROSE'S TIGER 5-2ML - D. Bennett/Centeno both red hot. Off maiden breaker, but still a must use in this field. SCRATCHED

#4 - OBERALP 8-1ML - Well bet in Tampa debut...gets nice jock switch to Luis Gonzalez for 2nd off the bench. Gelding should appreciate both stretchout and move to grass. Winner @ 5-1

#6 - SLY AND STICKY 12-1ML - Broke maiden cheaply last out, but has right to keep improving in 3rd career start. Another that may take to grass nicely. 2nd @ 25-1

Race 8 - 7 Furlongs OC/N2X

#7 STORM A BREWING 4-1ML - Smock having usual solid meet thus far (20%). Adds another furlong for 2nd start back.

#9 GADOLINIUM 6-1ML - Has run well of long layoff before, although for different trainer. Centeno sees fit to give 5yo mare a whirl. Miss is 2 for 2 over Tampa main. Winner at 6-1

#1 ZOOMING BY 5-2ML - Normally like to give them a race over quirky Tampa sand, but bullet on 12/29 tells me this filly likes the sand just fine. The "other" Terror of Tampa Bay takes the mount.


Race 9 - 5 Furlongs TURF AlwNC

#7 JEWELS AND GEMS 8-5ML - LOVE this old gal...and should be very imposing against the boys here. Zadie/Lezcano....

#4 CHAOTIC ACHIEVER 6-5ML - Main threat to lone Miss in the race. May get to the front and never look back. SCRATCHED
