You say you have played/caddied there? I would love to get up there and at least see it. I have been fortunate enough to play and step foot on many great golf courses, but Winged Foot is not one of them. A frequent golfing buddy of mine played in the 1997 PGA there and was in awe of the course.

Tillinghast was an absolute genious of an architect. The guy never built a bad course. Simply the best there ever was, IMO.

This golf course is KICKING ASS this morning....I love it....

I read that Furyk has been dealing with back pains, although he's playing ok right now-the course and conditions set up well for him.
