Capital OTB PP'S
 

Does anyone here use the PP's from Capital OTB. Comparing them to Equibase they seem similar. I noticed a # after the distance a horse ran previously and it was like 6f 150...does that mean the gate was set at 150 feet runup distance?
And are the fraction split times listed the leader or this particular horse.
It says the PP's are from TrackData Systems but I can't find any website or information on that company.
I wrote Capital OTB and they sent me some samples for tomorrow but they don't list an explanation for their PP's. And their OTB rep had no ideas about who makes them and how!

I didn't even know that Capital OTB was still in business...

the only reason I ever go on their site is when Steve Byk is on the mornings at Saratoga broadcast!
