Belmont at Saratoga Proposed Race Card . . .

JolyB has the honors of picking the race card since he was th winner last Saturday but since he asked, I 'd propose an 11 race card starting with Race 4 and ending with The Belmont, but I yield to JB for the final card selection and post the Pts and ROI threads accordingly.
