Dogs and cats being put down by being put into a freezer.
Some of the pictures may be graphic to some. There is a petition, though.
I guess it's legal but it sucks.

Note to Seattleallstar, do NOT go in the big walk in freezer when family asks you to way in the back to check for bag of frozen broccoli.

That makes me sick. Shame on them for what they're doing to those critters.

That is disgraceful. Unfortunately there are many shelters across the country where this type of thing is going on.

This facility has always been in trouble. If I remember correctly, they use to euthanize cats by holding them down in a barrel of water or placing the lid on the barrel. There are alot of people trying to get that place closed down, but there are too many strays running around and no other place to take the animals in. Most of Summit Co. is a dump and has nothing but trash living in it. So you can imagine what's running it.

I am far from naive about how cruel people can be but this kind of thing still shocks me each time a new example comes forward...I am absolutely physically ill right now from those images and words.

I guess I have been spoiled by the quality of the humane society facility near me...it's harder to qualify to adopt one of those animals than it is to baord an airplane these days...I donate to them regularly both in cash and in 'wish list' items and urge everyone else to do the same for your local shelter.

Those were my sentiments. I appologize for the images. very disgraceful.

Be great to get them to stop doing this to the dogs. The cats,.... we will worry about after.
