If you want to place an ROI wager on a race earlier than race 4 you may, but please make sure that your ROI wagers are placed not later than the post time for that earlier race.

I had several possible multi race plays under consideration, and all of them went out the window when both the Saratoga Derby and the Troy were cancelled. So, I had to call an audible and make a half-assed play instead. Not much creativity, but here goes:
