It's reported that Santa Anita will be a go on Saturday but it should be noted they already canceled Friday's card due to a lack of training during the week.

The Oaks and Derby preps are always interesting as the Derby is less than 3 months away.

If we are to play a race that might have a Kentucky Derby starter, I think we should go to Tampa. I think the Sam Davis is the only Derby prep race this coming weekend. Looks like a pretty nice race. Pletcher has a couple of starters. Mott has one as does “Shug.” Also 3 other stakes and a nice allowance or two.
