Ruff, I think that RQ's comment had a very different meaning than you surmised. His "I don't see 20-1" might well be his way of saying that even though Rogue Element has been listed in the ML at 20-1, by the time he goes to post the bettors will have pushed his odds well below the 20-1 you are hoping for. They will look at the fact that he has won his last two races (although against weaker and one of them on the turf) and bet him accordingly. He also fits the conditions of this race very snugly. But I think that your minimum target of 12-1 odds is quite safe.

Don't mean to put words in another player's mouth - if I have misread the comment I apologize.

By the way, isn't it remarkable that Churchill is able to offer a purse of $127,000 for a NW1X or NW2L condition? That would be the purse for a stakes race at many other tracks.

You are correct Joly B. I could be wrong but a 20-1 ml seems a little high. When he wins and pays $42 I'll offer my mea culpa's.

This is a fun track with an interesting card despite no turf (I mostly suck at turf handicapping anyway so yay), so many good options it was hard to decide which to go with. But why no P4 on races 7-10? I would have bet that for sure.
