Futures Pool 3

There is a bit of an anomaly in the Oaks/Derby Double. One of the lowest payouts currently are at $29 for the Mott fillies with the Mott colt. Lake Avenue / Harvey’s Little Goil with Modernist.

In the win pool, the fillies are 12-1 and 11-1 and Modernist is 30-1. Anyone able to explain this? Is this just the case of one big bettor tilting the payouts?

Lol...makes sense. I’m quietly rooting for Modernist’s final win odds to be higher than the $1 payout for the double.

I don't know what his odds will be, but I do know the return on a win bet.

Yup. It will pay out the same amount as my $1 double for Wicked Whisper and Maxfield.
