Not too many players sprouted wings like Pegasus on Gulfstreams big day but one was
enough.Joly B thought Red Knight could run all day but he got "Spooked" and could only
get 4th. Cal astutely stated Roamin and Miz Ruff were our resident longshot specialists
and he hit half of his parlay. And then there was Indian Hemp who missed a big win
when Cross Border was caught near the wire. This weeks winner was our resident
"Kitten" expert Ruffian. In race 10 Ruffian nailed Spooky Channel who paid a whopping
$74.60 to win proving Cal half right. Ruff's big hit was worth $596.80 and an easy ROI
win on Pegasus Day. It could have been worse. Had we played Race 1 my crystal ball
predicted the Lady Cat might have given Silver Kitten a go. A grey by Kittens Joy. Whats
