ROI Results 8/3 @ Mountaineer
 

If not for a slew of scratches it might have been a better day of racing at our annual visit to
Mountaineer. Three players hit the board but the outcome might have been different if not
for Chess Chief squashing some tickets both positively and negatively in the WV Derby.
Cal missed hitting the board as he had a $14 Daily Double in a race that there wasn't one.
Strange how different tracks have totally different options. With technology you should be
able to wager any amount on any type of wager. Plenilune and NJ Stinks battled it out for
the place and show spots with Plen just getting up in time to secure the number two spot.
NJS had a $60 win ticket on Caribou Club in the 2nd worth $7 and Plen countered with a
$50 win bet on Atreyu worth $8.60 in the finale. The Mountaineer ROI win goes to Real
Quiet who had an exacta with Caribou Club on top and two horses underneath. Following
