No racing on NBC Sports and Fox Sports Go from this weekend?

Okay this is weird. Usually you can go get their coverage of horse racing on either NBC Sports or the Fox Sports Go apps or websites after they happen. Neither has their Oaklawn coverage available. Is there some licensing related thing?
