What is going on with BC site selection?

No 2019 site announced yet--seems odd. What is the back story?

Was addressed during the most recent board meeting where they were looking to lock locales for 2019-20-21.. Would expect an announcement should come soon. Part of the delay could be tied to the Kentucky tax break legislation which was pending last month but is now installed permanently.
