They figure that the night before Day #1 of the Breeder's Cup that no one would have any need for PPs. LOL. It is incredible how these companies can be so shockingly incompetent.

I don't know if you have ever called customer service there. They are the absolute worst. Most of the people there cannot tell you anything about anything. They have the most clueless customer service people that I have ever experienced, and that is saying a lot. Actually the guy I talked to there tonight was alright, but normally their customer service is the worst. They are incredibly disorganized over there and the employees have zero knowledge.

They're doing a great job over at DRF. There has been no access to PPs for over 7 hours now. You would think they would have some type of safety net in place to make sure this type of thing doesn't happen. It's maddening that they can get away with being so incompetent. Like others, I have to put up with it. What else can I do? I'm dependent on them.

I got the same thing on Firefox. Changed to IE and worked fine. Try changing browsers
