Condolences to those involved with this honest, hard trying son of Mineshaft.

His Clark Hcp win in 2015 is a great example of his ability, turning away Hoppertunity who looked like he was going to blow right on by. Keen Ice was closing hard at the end, per his usual, but was a great effort by Effinex to eek out the win.

Awful. He was a very good looking horse and, as mentioned, always tried.

Thought he might be a decent sire.
