Pavel

I thought that one of the strongest mdn races of the meet going in at SA and Pavel crushed that group, definitely one that has a future.

Nice the horse is named for such a super hockey player.

Horse looked good, but i dont think the field is as good as you think. The chalk lost at 4-5 last time. The other major player was off a long layoff and the Baffert probably isn't that good and has taken no money in 2 starts now.

LOL, I had stable notes on 3 of the horses, and all ran ok in the race....but got destroyed by a firster.

Little Juanita and Borq wont be mdns long...not sure about the baffert horse.

And though Morey's Red Lightening was a blah 5th today, he's a half to the multiple SW It's Me Mom and just missed v. Bird Orr Brady last time.

Confirmed will probably be OK. Had every right to stop after being rushed up between horses.

Anyone who consistently watches XBTV might have had the good fortune to notice Blue Grass winner Irap's final work a week before he took the $500K Ohio Derby last weekend.

Are you sure he's not named after Pavel Chekov from Star Trek? :D

Alabama Stakes 07-03-2017 11:14 AM

I thought he was named after the guy who wrote Bolero

casp0555 07-03-2017 11:53 AM

If he can convert the bloodlines to the track, he will be a force to reckon with. I like the Caro top and bottom, now that was a badass hoss as a certain poster on DT would say....
