SUPER BOWL LI. Analysis

The big game is upon us. Looks like the kind of game where you can step up and lay it in with confidence. A few observations....

After watching TB12 GOAT and coach interviews, I noticed that they were a lot more serious , and kind of worried a little bit before the Steelers game. They don't look too worried about Atlanta. The Grateful Dead sung about when life looked like easy street, there was danger at your door. This is not life though, it's football. If they aren't worried , they must know that they are way better than these guys. I tend to agree. Classic matchup of great offense, very good defense
Vs. great offense, mediocre defense. Basically creating a situation where the Pats will stop Atlanta some of the time, but Atlanta won't stop the pats any of the time. (Montana over Marino cones to mind immediately). There is far too much at stake for the pats to lose to these guys. A young defense will feel the pressure , as belichick will show them stuff they've never seen . Pats have so many different weapons that it be too much.
I watched the pats win over Seattle last night. They came from 10 down in the fourth quarter to a serious team with a great defense. Even if Atlanta gets ahead, what lead could even be safe ? Pats by double digits, easy Pickens.

I like Falcons in this one. Team is firing on all cylinders and will win 34-24

Belichick is like having an extra man on the field...or more. Not saying they are invincible.... I will have a small money line wager on the red team to keep me interested if things go south for the Pats. Hope its a good one...g'luck everyone

Also get a little Matt Ryan over 7 1/2 rushing yards. Looks easy, as he'll be on the run early and often

I can't believe the Pats won another Super Bowl because the opposing coach refused to run the ball when the situation called for it. First Pete Carroll, and now Quinn.

And Edelman exorcised the Tyree helmet catch with that scoop on the batted down pass.

I've now attended two of the most epic choke jobs in sporting history in Super Bowl LI and Ryder Cup Medinah.
