Any success I've come to have in CA, going back to a Hollywood meet about 4-5 (?) years ago, started with inclusion of Andy Harrington's National Turf clocker report into the capping. Best $10 you can spend. Horses like Frank Conversation make themselves readily apparent as do vulnerable favorites like So Sweetiz.
