speaking of business...and iran.

the boston globe was the first to break the news in an expose:

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission started to inquire about HP’s activities overseas following a 2008 Boston Globe exposé that tracked the company’s dealings with Iran. HP responded, denying that it had thwarted the law, but admitting that the company had sold $120 million dollars worth of products to Redington Gulf, which then sent the products to Iran.

anyone complaining about the iran deal...lol...it's what the corporate world wants, and it's what they'll get. cuz....money

From 1999-2004, when Carly was serving as HP’s chief executive, the company’s lobbying arm consistently pushed for “unilateral sanctions reform legislation,” Bloomberg found.

but yeah, the politicians will play a bit of 'we're upset, we're not voting' but the stuff will pass. there was never, ever a doubt. the other countries did the sanctions, they want a cut as well.

That also works for the alleged climate impact.

Volkswagens might have emitted much more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere than previously calculated. The climate impact is debatable.

The future climate impact of Iran using the nuclear weapons that will be facilitated by the agreement nobody wants to call a treaty, well, could be MUCH bigger.
