So, nfl and ncaa are opposed.....soon as they figure out how to get a cut, theyll be all for it.
and why do they mention integrity of the game with regards to legal betting....but they arent concerned knowing how much illegal gambling occurs??

The ncaa is a farce anyway, with coaches now wanting to fine players who dont receive pay...but, ehy, then they dont have to suspend them!!

Isn't that integrity of the game a moot point if they allow legal gambling anywhere.

Besides, what integrity?
Nfl is against it...while quietly studying it. Yeah, studying how to get a cut. Soon as thats figured out, its on.

I found this to be very amusing.....

it will always be about who gets a cut of the pie when entertainment is involved, once that gets settled, it will happen, I wouldnt expect it in my lifetime

Vegas sure must compile a lot of information on people that visit and then use it on them to make sure they don't overturn the sports betting monopoly.

And how is Fan Duel not gambling?

jms62 09-09-2015 03:05 PM

How is buying any sort of derivative or stock for that matter not gambling?

Because those markets are already rigged against the average bettor/investor. At least with gambling, you know the odds before you accept them. Which is apparently illegal.
