She's an honest filly and likes CD based on how well I watched her train over teh surface Oaks/Derby week, but I can't see her being effective in the BC Distaff....she'll be a pace factor and that is it IMO....

Agree completely.

ok,
at least Im on the same page with you guys here.
I was starting to ask myself if I missed something.

the way I see it,
the only 3YO who stands a realistic shot here is Pine Island.
it would be better for her if they were running 10, but she can run 9f.

Took a tough beat on a horse deal last week. It was a Mich ultra weekend for me.
Everything is fine though. Looking forward to seeing you down there.

Speaking of lost 3YO's, where is Lemons Forever?

FATPIANO 10-17-2006 03:00 PM

Bushfire does own 3 grade 1's this year, she could hit the board at very fat price

Still spinning her wheels on the polytrack in the Spinster.

slotdirt 10-17-2006 03:03 PM

ANy chance for her to appear in at Churchill though? She certainly did seem to thrive on that surface. I have a nice framed photo of the Guid that says so.

And on Bushfire, that Acorn win was as gutty as it gets. Just throwing that out there.
