Saratoga Lower Carousel Question

It is now a sports bar with 40 flat screen tv's. Is it now an enclosed walled area? or still "open air"? Air conditioned?

Still open air, like virtually every inch of the facility.

Thanks. Sounds like a nice improvement for that space. Tables pretty affordable too.
