Ridiculous.

The purse alone is worth the risk. It's not like he's heading to the shed.

1.5 million is a lot of reason....the other option was 500k at oaklawn?

Only issue for me is the turns which he doesnt seem to do as well on. Rather him in WV then Dubai

Yes

I agree on the turns, that does seem a bit odd...seems like Belmont would be his best track, which will be fun in early june.

Also who is going to be around to pose a real challenge save Bayern. If Bayern goes and is right I would really like him on that sized track and his natural speed. Could set up a really good rematch in Met.

Disappointed Honor Code seems to be off the Met trail but you cant blame them for wanting a 2 turn G1 on his resume.

You don't run a hoss like that at a bullring. just asking for trouble.

kind of like those assholes who have some cannon who wins twice for fun, and they decide to try him on the turf.

Like he could get beat is the reason he should not show up?

I am not sure what your argument is here, what were the better spots in the next few weeks or so that made more sense, and remember he has a big race in early June.

Wait he's actually leaving California? gotta be a misprint :p

In regards to the spot, the connections believed Oaklawn would enhance the purse of the Handicap for them. When that didn't materialize they tabbed CT.

When you have a Bugatti you don't keep it in the slow lane going 45.

You put that beast in the fast lane going 100. YOLO.
