Can anybody tell me why there are so many horses
with "Warren" in their name?

I think for as many as there are I've only seen a couple win...remember the "r" horses a few years ? R heat lightning is the one I remember but there was a whole mess of r horses

Huge Cal bred operation. They are winding down since 2011.

A lot of those horses he just "gave away" ended up on feedlots and cheap auctions bound for slaughter.
