I am aware of what glib means.

Just never expected to see that term used to describe a race track surface condition.

That's surprising. It's been used often.

I've seen it used a lot, but usually it's used to describe a track producing slower-than-average times.

A glib track is speed-favoring.

If you say so. I've mostly seen it used the way I said.

I always thought it was just fast, which doesn't necessarily mean it favors speed, though often does.

Glib is used to describe, apparently poorly, quick surfaces...only in Bykville is it used to describe a speed favoring track.
