Top 3 current TV shows

After last night's epi of The Leftovers, they've supplanted Shameless and have cracked my top 3.

1) Ray Donovan
2) Power
3) The Leftovers

Disclaimer -- I need cursing and sex, which eliminates all shows but the premium channel ones.

Do you watch The Bridge or Orphan Black?

This one is on my binge list - Though I can't stand watching any of these Starz programs because the cheap bastards cancel everything after 2 seasons. I still can't get over the cancellation of Magic City - what an epic series with so much potential.

I'm really trying to get into The Leftovers. I don't really know what I was expecting it to be, but I really didn't see this (haven't seen last night's episode yet). Still on the fence.

Ray Donovan is another home run for Showtime - easily the best show on TV currently.

You and me both, pissed at the Magic City cancel job. Potential laden.

I was definitely in limbo on The Leftovers as well. I'm glad I stuck with it though (the only one that I know that did so), because I think it's about to turn the corner.

Mickey's one-liners this season are brilliant, as are Cochran's. How bout Bunchy pickin' up a babe, good for him! :D

The Bridge is on FX. 4-5 Episode into second season. Diane Kruger is very good in it and the first season was the best thing on last summer.

Orphan Black is on BBC America and just finished season 2. The main actress (Tatiana Maslany) should have been nominated for an Emmy and when she wasn't twitter practically blew up. She really is unbelievable and it is an excellent show. I highly recommend it.

Latest The Leftovers was good - series starting to take hold.
Ray Donovan is really really good. Love the addition of Wendell Pierce (aka Antoine Batiste and Bunk)
Master of Sex is also one of my fav's.

New HBO miniseries called Show Me A Hero from David Simon planned for 2016 has to be good!

I appreciate it, I'm going to look into them both once I can free up enough time to do it marathon style. It's amazing how much On Demand viewership has to do with the popularity of these (mini)/series.

Agree - Masters of sex is also very good Kev. It's funny, the head of the new hospital's Obstetrics Department on MoS is played by Danny Huston, who was the most notorious and ruthless gangster you'd ever want nothing to do with on Magic City.

It's still difficult to watch Ben Diamond run a hospital department and not laugh a little. ;)

Love seeing Wendell Pierce on Ray Donovan too - what a great actor - particularly enjoyed his role as Antoine Batiste on Treme` but just as great in The Wire.

Caught up with The Leftovers last night and am now hooked - took a while to get going but you kinda see how important the character development is with this plot line. I like how they occasionally devote an entire episode on one characters back story (the pastor, the insurance claim processor) to really get you into the struggles these people must be dealing with.
