Eugene Melnyk to disperse stock
 

While he hasn't had a major horse in the last few years, Melnyk has consistently operated at the top levels. I did notice that a few years ago he seemed to be doing some "trainer shopping" after a long association with TAP. After that experiment, he seemed to return to Todd.

It is discouraging to see high end players leave the game.
