No way. That would have been asking way to much. They are doing right by him. He proved he is a legit horse in the Wood. Assuming he is doing well he is a major threat in 16 days.

That is a possibility, but don't picture Pablo Del Monte's ownership group trying to get a Derby starter in from the AE list.

In theory he could pick up another mount but the owner would have to pay a double jock mount so if won he would owe 240,000 dollars, 120k to each jock

Barring any major changes or Derby performance I don't expect I will be betting him with both fists in the Preakness.
