Jockey Singh - Busted with a buzzer
 

Jockey/exercise rider Sunny Singh has been suspended 10 years by the Ontario Racing Commission for possessing an electrical device.

He was 0 for 23 at woodbine. He must have been using the buzzer on him rather than the horse.

Would you mind elaborating?

I'm sure they randomly search the outerware of 0-23 jocks on a daily basis. Most likely a plant, but could be just a rat.
