Just found this at keeneland, assuming it is state wide rule, but CD is not showing a carryover tonight for saturday

Q

On a related note...There was more evidence today at Hollywood Park that the low takeout, .50 pick 5 is the best wager in racing.

1st: Even money winner...the tote board told the story
2nd: $8.20
3rd: $5.60 ( a graded stake sprinter earlier this year for O'Neill)
4th: $10.00
5th: $10.20 (2nd choice in a scratched down 6 horse field..lone speed)

$1002 for .50!!!

No carryover provision in the Pick 5 at Churchill. If no one has all five winners, full payout (minus takeout) to all holders of four winners.

Thanks for the answer. CD is really missing the boat with this looking back at the massive carryover at SA last week on the p5, especially since the p6 qt CD is anemic. The late p4 at CD yesterday was $29000, the p5 carry would have been $ 90 k . so it could have gone $250-500K.
