Guillot Apologizes to Lukas, Who Accepts
 

Trainer Eric Guillot officially apologized to fellow conditioner D. Wayne Lukas for triggering an investigation into his allegations jockey Luis Saez used an electrical device on Will Take Charge in the Travers Stakes (gr. I), but said he would do it all again based on the evidence he initially saw.

well, that's sincere since he said he'd do it all over again. i thought the point of hindsight was to help you learn from your mistakes.

I'm hoping Mr. Moreno picked up the cost of this investigation....But I doubt it.
