Folks on tv and internet discussing huge win bet on 3 horse who has no reason to be odds on, now its back to 21. Calling this odds manipulation. Thoughts??

The wager was cancelled 9 min before post...I don't know what anyone would get out of that. I'd lean more toward a tote error
