blackthroatedwind 10-02-2006 10:37 PM

Commentator isn't running.

I kind of like war front in here.

Me too. He should be 3-1 or more.

Gotta see the posts first, someone is gonna get trapped inside in a field like this

DiscreetCat=Monster 10-02-2006 10:51 PM

All Henny, but thats gonna suck cause that will rule out one more option for da cat!!!:D

How many times does Henny have to beat you before you'll be a believer?

People will get it after he blows the doors off this group. He about wired the BC Juvy last year and is way better at sprinting he is an awesome animal

I know you're just ribbing me, but I singled him in the Pick-4 when he won his two NY stakes last year, bet First Samurai when he beat him in the Hopeful, was out of town for the Champagne ( which he lost ) and probably bet some horse that ran 11th in the BC Juvi last year ( which Henny also lost ).

I did bet Mach Ride in the King's Bishop. So, I guess I am now 3-2 in races Henny Hughes has run in.

I've got him mastered!

Alright but if he wins this one and you go backing some horse that wins the Ancient Title out in Cali for the BC Sprint then I'll be worried.

Of course I'm sure you are on the Commentator bandwagon for the BC Sprint already. I'm actually kind of surprised he is running there. Was hoping he'd class up the Empire Classic.

I don't dislike Henny Hughes, he's a nice horse, but there is no correlation between his performances on the racetrack and the adulation he receives around here. He will certainly have to step it up to beat his competition Saturday ( though I never warmed up to Silver Train ) all things being equal. He might but I expect him to be an underlay.

I think Dancing Spree is the only BC Sprint winner I ever bet. I liked Very Subtle, but there was no exacta offered on the race ( incredible but true ) so I bet doubles....and lost when Epitome beat Jeannie Jones by a nose at like 60-1.

I like Silver Train. I've seen enough of him at Belmont to know what he is capable of.

Tough to deny him on his home track!

Was happy to see that butcher Biancone lose him.

It UNGLUES me to select a horse more than 5 MTP.

By far the best thing to happen to Henny.

tycharles01 10-08-2006 11:45 AM

This race taught us a few things

1 Silver Train is not goin to BC Sprint
2 This is gonna be a nice BC race
3 I am now on HH bandwagon even though might take Pomeroy in the BC

Pomeroy looks ready to go and might even get a good price on him, no 2/1 like HH
