This is what I dislike about NYRA.. they cannot get full fields in major Graded Stakes races ( except for steeple chase Stakes).... why bother wagering ...they offer no value.

I do not know what their problem is... but the first thing I would look at is the distribution of the purse ... then go from there.

Wish Paynter would scratch out of this race due to the condition of the surface....
