Saratoga Open House -- 2 furlong 2yo races
 

Through Barbara Livingston's facebook page I saw that Pure Sensation (Zensational) trained by Clement won Race 2 during the Open House program at Saratoga. Back in the wonderful years when I lived in Saratoga they only did steeplechase races and I don't recall that the race ever became a part of that horses past performances.

Does anyone know where information will be made available for the babies who ran? Equibase does not seem to record it as an official entry and it seems that it will be treated like the Aiken Trials?

Clearly I have nothing else better to do. :D (2 yo old racing TB's only)

I Thirtyfive -- has not started, training at PARX (sibling to Chief Officer and Ready to Please) (won the trial)

Carolinian -- Dogwood/Contessa 6th and 2nd in most recent starts (2nd in another race)

They used to run the Newman E Wait Trials for 2yr. olds at the Oklahoma Training track on open house day. They haven't done that in years, today was the first time they have done racing on the dirt on open house day since then.

Pure Sensation runs today in the second race.
