Cheek Pieces on?
 
While looking at Keeneland's changes for today on their website in the tenth race it says - #7 -- Afleet Bandit -- Will race with cheek pieces ON. What does that mean?

the white sheepskin on either side are cheekpieces. also known as french blinkers.

they use them instead of blinkers. has a similar effect on the horse, but isn't as restrictive.
