Big news from Facebook.

You can always tell an authentic Hesz post or rant by his use of the word 'fat'.

I guess they've had over 100 complaints about the loud 1940's music and that they are no longer showing will pay's and post-race replays on the infield big screen TV. He took over before the Santa Anita Derby.

I'm not there so I don't know -- but it sounds bad.

From the sounds of it, you've got a guy who is willing to try innovation... but his idea of it is stuff like bringing in Flash Mob's to perform during the racing card ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0m9tGLg-4xY )

Isn't this guy Vic Stauffers best friend?

Hesz's routine was to criticize and mock Stauffer as a race caller on the radio and call him fat and ugly on the Internet.

Eventually -- they agreed to face-off in a handicapping contest.

Which was reported in the last sentence of this column:

Which charity was Vic playing for?

Calzone Lord 10-15-2012 03:47 PM

I believe the charity was called RAC CALER.

Rescue Advice Center for Car-owners After Leinholder's Eventual Repossession.

Did he ever challenge HH Lou to a head-to-head contest for charity? I know he hit him with at least 7,000 lard ass references.

I think my sidekick 'Renne the Luv Lion' could out-handicap HH Lou.

nice touch with the stopwatch.

i doubt they did their challenge.

the only time either of those two made scores is when they heard rumors or had inside information.

Remember that year when HH was all hot and bothered about Vicar as his derby horse?
