I would like to redboard please
Just bet the 3 at Delmar only because of being sired by Purim, who any fan of Sumwonlovesyou knows, is a close friend.
The result was an exacta of $272 exacta with the $96 winner. I just recouped half my Sumone investment yet again by being a DT member. |
Way to go Spyder! :tro:

I'm surprised the horse paid $96 to win on debut. The horse had a 4-star gate drill in its final workout just four days ago by one of the workout report services:

Probably because Art Sherman was 0 for 44 with FTS and only 12 of 44 ITM in the last 3 yrs

He did have a debut winner at 16/1 at Del Mar in 2008. He was 12-for-63 (19% wins) and $2.83 ROI with all first-time starters in the year 2007 when he had a much larger stable to work with. He's one of those guys who has had a reputation solely as a claiming trainer since moving to So. Cal -- and those type of guys often don't get the stock to win on debut unless they jam them into bottom level MCL's on debut. |
Redboard...Had 5 horses to finish off a 4 dollar pick 3...Not Artie's though...Phuck! That horse came from the 29th street lifeguard stand!
|
A 40-to-1 shot won the last race at Del Mar -- another P6 carryover coming.
The late pick 4 paid over $63,000 for a buck. |
Hes had a couple of horses he ran at del mar this meet, both ran very well at long odds coming from his brother Steve's barn from No.Cal.
