For those of you who don't drink the Obama kool-aid, fret not!
 

There is a silver lining in National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius. The opinion limits the power of Congress under the Commerce Clause. That is a big deal.

Of a more immediate matter is the opinion will fire up the conservative base, which at this point has been as concerned with issues of political philosophy as it has been with defeating Obama in November. It is much easier to tap into an angry base for support.
